TERMS Bookings are essential and full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Full pre-payment of £35 or £45 per person is required within a week of the booking being made. If a booking is made with less than a week, payment is required at the time of booking. There is a 7 day cancellation policy and should guests cancel before this their deposit is fully refundable. Families are welcome to enjoy the Winterland. There must be a parent or guardian present at all times aged over 18. The Winterland is not suitable for children’s parties. The children’s menu can be offered in the Winterland. Please advise of any dietary requirements 72 hours before your booking. Only food and beverage purchased from L’Horizon may be consumed within the Winterland. Non-alcoholic beverage options are available for the package.
